• This promotion is available to new and existing clients. Each purchase is valid for one branding package per client.

Payment Terms

• Full payment of $150 is required upfront to secure this offer. Payment must be completed through our 3rd party billing at the time of booking.

• This offer is non-refundable.

Scope of Design

• The offer includes up to two revisions for the logo design and branding board. Any additional revisions or requests outside the scope of this offer may incur additional fees.

Delivery Timeline

• Final deliverables will be provided within 14 business days from the date of project confirmation and submission of all required materials (e.g., client questionnaire or design preferences).

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary details, including design preferences, color schemes, and any required text, within 3 business days of purchase to ensure timely delivery.

Static Graphics Details

• The 15 FREE static graphics are custom designs and will be delivered in formats suitable for all platforms that allow static graphics such as Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest and many more. Size will be standard Instagram square 1080 x 1080.

Exclusions

• This offer does not include:

  • Animated or video graphics

  • Website design or development

  • Printing or production services

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations after project commencement are not eligible for refunds. However, projects may be rescheduled upon mutual agreement.
