YMS B.O.L.D. Moves™ Partner Terms & Conditions
Effective Upon Payment | Updated September 2025
Thank you for partnering with us for the YMS B.O.L.D. Moves™ Conference 2026! We’re honored to collaborate with brands and leaders who believe in making bold moves in business and beyond. To ensure a smooth and transparent partnership experience, please review the following terms.
Partnership Commitment
Once payment is received, your partnership is officially confirmed.
At this stage, our team immediately begins integrating your brand into marketing, signage, and event materials — therefore, all partnership payments are non-refundable.
Withdrawal Policy
If you need to withdraw from participation:

Before November 30, 2025: You may receive a 50% credit toward a future YMS Consulting event or service.

After December 1, 2025: No refunds or credits will be issued, as production and promotional activities will be fully underway.
Transferability
Partnerships may be transferred to another representative or business within the same organization up until December 17, 2025, with written notice and YMS approval.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that YMS Consulting must postpone or cancel the conference due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, venue emergencies, or government restrictions), all confirmed partners will have their investment automatically applied to the rescheduled event or a comparable opportunity within 12 months.
Swag & Material Submission
All logos, advertisements, swag items, and related materials must be submitted by the deadlines outlined in the Partners Guide.
Late submissions may result in omission from printed or digital materials without refund or credit.
Agreement
By submitting payment, the partner acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
