Terms and Conditions for the "Clarity & Confidence: Jumpstart Your 2025 Success" Retreat

Retreat Name: Clarity & Confidence: Jumpstart Your 2025 Success
Dates: January 17-20, 2025
Location: Shenandoah area, Virginia (exact location TBA)
Cost: $400 (includes accommodations, meals, and scheduled activities)
Deposit: $200 deposit required to secure your spot, with the balance due by January 4, 2025.
Capacity: Limited to 10 female business owners.

Deposit: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required upon registration to reserve your spot. The remaining balance must be paid by January 4, 2025.
Balance Payment: If the balance is not received by January 4, 2025, YMS Consulting reserves the right to release your spot to another participant on the waiting list. No refunds will be issued for incomplete payments after the final payment date.

Cancellations by Participant: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to hi@yahairamstewart.com.
- 14 Days Prior to Retreat (by January 3, 2025): Participants who cancel at least 14 days before the start of the retreat are eligible for a full refund of the balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 13-4 Days Prior to Retreat (January 4-13, 2025): Participants who cancel within this period will receive a 50% refund of the balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 3 Days Prior to Retreat (after January 13, 2025): No refunds will be issued within 3 days of the retreat due to commitments made for accommodations, meals, and other retreat services.

Scheduled Activities: The retreat itinerary and activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Vision & Intention-Setting Workshop
- Goal Mapping & Strategic Planning Sessions
- Mastermind Networking Circles
- Branding & Marketing Strategy Workshop
- Guided Reflection Hike or Nature Walk
- Self-Care & Balance in Business Workshop
- Guest Speaker or Panel Discussion
- Evening Reflection & Gratitude Sessions
- Private Strategy Sessions (optional)
- Closing Ceremony & 2025 Commitment Ritual
Program Modifications: YMS Consulting reserves the right to modify the schedule, activities, and/or speakers as needed. In the event of changes, every effort will be made to maintain the retreat’s quality and experience for all participants.

Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that by attending the retreat, they are voluntarily participating in various activities, some of which may be physically demanding. Participants assume full responsibility for their health, safety, and well-being during all retreat activities.
Liability Waiver: YMS Consulting is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the retreat. Participants agree to sign a liability waiver upon registration.
Personal Belongings: YMS Consulting is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the retreat.

Respect and Inclusivity: The retreat is a safe, inclusive space designed to foster collaboration, support, and growth. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with others and maintain a positive environment throughout the retreat.
Alcohol and Substance Use: The use of recreational drugs is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in moderation during designated times and in accordance with local laws.

By attending the retreat, participants agree to be photographed or filmed during activities, and grant YMS Consulting permission to use images or video content for promotional and educational purposes on YMS Consulting's website, social media, and marketing materials. Participants who do not wish to be photographed must notify YMS Consulting in advance.

By registering for the Clarity & Confidence: Jumpstart Your 2025 Success retreat, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
